At the very begining I want to say that I am very happy at the idea of having some time to write a few things here, and happier because I am writing in Serbian. As I already said in other articles on this blog (or I didn't... I don't really remember), this summer I travelled quite enough: in Slovenia, Serbia, Slovakia and Austria. It was beautiful and interesting everywhere, but especially in Slovenia and Serbia, because I had one real goal (among others): to learn the respective language. I did write something about Slovenia last week (I have to admit that I don't know how), but I didn't about Serbia or Belgrade. So that I will try to say something in general about these wonderful things. Because I had the oportunity to go to Belgrade for the improvement of my serbian language, I went there through the MSC programme. I had a wonderful time there, although the schedule in those three weeks was busy enough. I didn't have too much time for visiting Belgrade, but I hope that I will be there next year also, so that I can continue with the visiting of the city. :D To me Serbia was a great surprise, because it is more beautiful than I thought. There are good people, hardworking, their houses are pretty and in a good state, and the cities are clean. I met proud and hospitable Serbians that wished to help everytime they could, and especially when they saw that you're trying to speak Serbian.
Belgrade... a big revelation! This is one real beautiful city, maybe more beautiful than Bucharest, more clean and with more grass plots than my city. The view from Kalemegdan... absolutely astonishing! The same with the view from the bridges over the river Sava, when you see Novi Beograd (New Belgrade) on the left side and Stari Grad (The Old Town) on the right side. It is really beautiful. You'll see!

Vozačka
Zaustavi policajac auto i kaže vozaču:
-Daj mi vozačku!
A vozač će:
-Položi pa ćeš imati.

The Licence
A Policeman stops a car and asks the driver:
-Give me your licence!
And the driver:
-Pass the exam and you'll have one.
